Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson in the same church that they were a part of in Hamburg. They knew then that it was a match made in heaven. Ashley was 17 and had never had a boyfriend, so they took it slow. The love was apparent from the first site. Andrew requested God one final thing during New Year's Day, just prior to 2016and that was when Ashley said yes to marrying Andrew. Ashley wanted an elegant wedding with a theme of woodland. It was essential for her to ensure that the wedding was a reflection of both Andrew and Ashley. The couple incorporated a bit of everything they loved for the big day. Ashley lived in the 40-acre property that was picked as the location. Ashley played and explored throughout the entire land, even the paths they had taken in order to reach it. Andrew, Ashley and their acquaintances had walked through this area several times when they started to get together. Because the wedding was largely DIY, personalization was an important aspect. Andrew and Ashley's father built the seating area and an arch to be used during the wedding ceremony. Ashley painted many of the decorations. Ashley says that she would have been disappointed if Anna Floral Designer at Magnolia Belle Floral had not done her amazing floral work for us, the wedding might not have had the magic I was hoping it would. Truly breathtaking.
